Hey Frank, I hope your back/hip are feeling better! I've seen you mention lots of band-related stuff involved in your past. I'm curious about this. I'm not sure if it's something you want to answer publicly or whathaveyou, but I'd be quite interested in hearing about it as that sort of thing is right up my alley.

I’m doing okay, still limping. I fronted a couple of local hardcore/rock bands, I had a bunch of fun, but the last band took a lot out of me, and I don’t know if I could do it again. At least the live performance part anyway…
