I really can’t narrow it down to just one. I love gruyere, sharp cheddar, I also like dry salty cheeses like cotija, brie is great, so is goat cheese. I’m not really a fan of bleu or roquefort.

my favorite place used to be the Santa Susana foothills, just north of Chatsworth, where I grew up. I was a cool spot of wildland that no one really knew about. But then it got sold to the porter ranch development and they built a bunch of mcmansions all over the place.

Little Tokyo/the Arts District is probably my favorite place now, a bunch of my friends live there, most of my favorite places to eat are there, and it’s just a metro ride from my place.
